*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas. * Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. * Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve optimal results. * Communicate with facility management regarding maintenance needs or safety concerns. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. * Handle heavy lifting of cleaning equipment and supplies when necessary. * Follow safety protocols while using hand tools and power tools during cleaning operations. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules. *Requirements* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments.
