*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting the overall supply chain process. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for order fulfillment, procurement, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. *Responsibilities* * Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels. * Collect and analyze data related to inventory movements and trends. * Collaborate with procurement teams to buy necessary materials and supplies. * Fulfill orders in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality. * Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to present inventory metrics effectively. * Identify opportunities for process improvement within the inventory management system. * Operate forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse as needed. * Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and stock levels. *Requirements* * Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred. * Strong skills in data collection and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Familiarity with supply chain processes and order fulfillment practices. * Proficiency in using Tableau or similar data visualization software is a plus. * Ability to operate forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory (training may be provided). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
