East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for the position of Substitute Clerical Assistant at Blessed Sacrament School in Wainwright, Alberta. <p> Responsibilities:<p><p> Provides receptionist services, answers telephone inquiries/direct visitors.<p> Manages Student Records/Registrations in PowerSchool and Student Record File Maintenance.<p> Prepares letters, forms, manuals, and correspondence as requested by school administrators.<p> Maintains and respects confidentiality of students and school personal information.<p> Complies with and supports Division and school policies and procedures.<p> Process incoming/outgoing Mail, courier, post office pick-up/deliveries.<p> Performs other related duties as assigned by the school administrators.<p><p> Education:<p><p> High School Diploma/Equivalent<p> Working knowledge of computer applications (Google mail/docs/Microsoft applications) is a must<p> Experience or knowledge of PowerSchool is an asset <p><p> Interested applicants can apply by filling-out the Casual Worker application form found on our website (www.ecacs.ca) and submitting all the documents stated on the form to the address below:<p>Competition No. SUBCW-2122-01-BSS <p>Blessed Sacrament School <p>1321- 4th Avenue <p>Wainwright, AB T9W 2R7 <p>Fax: (780) 842-2244 <p> <p> Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the necessary documents are included in their application for employment.
