Position #: 205283 Expected Start Date: December 09, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: Royal University Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Clinical Nutrition Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: December 01, 2025 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Weekends, Standby Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Dietitian - Degree $36.171 to $44.230 Travel Required: No Job Description: This position will manage caseloads of both the Inpatient and Outpatient Acute Care Pediatric populations. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Preference given to candidates with Pediatric Clinical Nutrition experience- Preference given to candidates with Clinical Dietitian experience- Preference to those with experience with acute care patients in hospital settingEducation- Dietetic Internship certificate- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))Other Information- Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement- For more information on the city of Saskatoon please visit https://www.saskatoon.ca/- This position will support LTC.- Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association (SDA)- Working Monday to Friday 0800-1630.- Experience as a staff dietitian is preferred.- Acute care adult and pediatric clinical nutrition experience is preferred.- The caseload for this position will include adult acute care.- Experience in nutrition support will be considered an asset.- This position works weekends on a rotation basis.- HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria About US The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcar...For more information on this job, please visit the employer's website.- LocationSaskatoon, SK
