*REFERRAL CLERKS * Two (2) Casual ? As needed Wabasca, Alberta The _*Bigstone Referral Unit*_ in Wabasca, Alberta is seeking two (2) casual Referral Clerks to join our talented Bigstone Referral Unit team. This is a rewarding opportunity if you have an appreciation for Indigenous culture, a desire for continuing professional development and enjoy the support and collaboration from our multidisciplinary team and various other professionals and agencies. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Answer switchboard. * Schedule trips out of town and locally * MTRS/MTDS data entry daily. * Arrange flights. * Arrange out-of-town accommodations * Arrange out of town taxi/bus services. *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* * Good knowledge of office procedures. * Be extremely observant to detail and accuracy. * Must be able to work in a diverse environment with frequent interruptions. * Good written and oral communication skills * Good organizational skills * Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision. * Confidentiality is strictly enforced. * Develop strong relationships and work cooperatively with drivers and clients. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Ability to type 35 wpm. * Experience with MS Office databases and other related software applications. *Education and Experience:* * High School Education is an asset. * 2 years Clerical experience required. * Valid Class 5 driver?s license * Must have reliable transportation * Must be able to do shift work (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Speak and understand the Cree language is an asset. *Benefits:* ü Competitive Salary *Salary is dependent on qualifications.* Please forward your Cover Letter, Resume (including 3 work related references), Criminal Record, Fingerprint Check & Child & Youth Intervention Check to our:(All checks must be current within the last 6 months and included in the application to be considered) *Human Resources Department* PO Box 1020 Wabasca, Alberta T0G 2K0 Fax: 780-891-2623 *CLOSING DATE:* _Until a Suitable Candidate is found._ *POSTED:* November 26, 2024 \*Applicants are thanked in advance for their interest in our organization, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted Job Type: Casual Pay: From $24.25 per hour Work Location: In person- LocationWabasca-Desmarais, AB
