```Duties``` - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities - Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong time management skills to effectively plan and organize daily activities - Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Proficient in computer operations for lesson planning and documentation purposes - Bilingual skills (e.g., English/French) are a plus - Special education experience or training is an asset Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
