*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This candidate should also have a passion for quality installation work as well as striving for the best customer service in the industry. This role involves installation of all types of residential heating, air-conditioning, water heaters and Indoor Air Quality equipment. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our clients. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioners, and ventilation units. * Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively. * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. * Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement effective solutions. * Weld and plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs. * Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an HVAC installation technician * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems. * Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. * Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
