The ideal candidate will have experience in high-rise residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems. *Job Responsibilities: * ? Layout, assembling, installing, maintaining or repairing in any structure, building or site, piping, fixtures and appurtenances for the supply of water for any domestic or industrial purpose or for the disposal of water that has been used for any domestic or industrial purpose. ? Perform heavy lifting as required when installing or repairing plumbing fixtures. ? Install and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. ? Reading and interpreting design drawings, manufacturers? literature and installation diagrams for piping and appliances connected to piping. ? Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and Ontario Building Code (OBC) standards is a must. *Skills and Qualifications:* ? Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings. ? Knowledge of all applicable codes and standards, including National Fire Protection Association. ? Knowledge of plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems. ? Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Valid driver?s license. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $19.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
