Together, we maximize your chances of success and professional growth.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Java developer to contribute to the development and improvement of solutions for our client based in the West Island.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain software applications, including control features for the embedded controller and online monitoring interface.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and integrate new functionalities.</li><li>Test and troubleshoot applications to optimize performance and ensure reliability.</li><li>Contribute to project planning and continuous improvement processes in software development.</li><li>Document software functionalities and write technical specifications.</li><li>Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.</li><li>Propose solutions to improve development processes and practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in software development or a similar role.</li><li>Technical skills: Java, C, Perl, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.</li><li>Experience with MySQL databases.</li><li>Attention to detail and rigor in task execution.</li><li>Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken to communicate with clients based in the USA and in Quebec.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits : </strong></p><ul><li>Vacation based on years of experience.</li><li>2 sick days and 3 personal days (5 days total).</li><li>100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Employer-matched RRSP plan.</li><li>Additional leave during the holiday season.</li><li>Collaborative, innovative environment focused on technical excellence.</li></ul>*Please note that only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.- LocationMontréal, QC
