Company Description After-Sales Coordinator, Window Treatment Department As our sales coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of our Shop at Home (custom window covering) department's administrative functions, ensuring a seamless flow of orders from initial sales to final installation or after-sales service. Collaborating closely with our Design and Installation teams, as well as our esteemed suppliers such as Hunter Douglas, you will play a crucial role in meeting deadlines, ensuring accurate information dissemination, and prompt order fulfillment. Exceptional customer service, including handling client inquiries, is also a key aspect of this role.
