We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced *Maintenance Manager* to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our maintenance operations at our facility. *Job Summary:* The *Maintenance Manager* will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. * Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. * Oversee repairs, installations, and inspections of machinery, electrical systems, and infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of parts and services. * Analyze maintenance metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and projects. * Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of *5 years of experience* in a maintenance management role within manufacturing or industrial settings. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * A supportive and collaborative work environment.
