*OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR*
Z'gamok Construction LP is seeking an Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will support the Kelly Lake Road Office and ensure guests are warmly welcomed, meetings are scheduled appropriately, and data entry is keyed accurately and efficiently. It is essential the successful candidate (s) is committed to the role and is at work as scheduled. This role will work closely with Z'gamok Construction LP's parent companies: Z'gamok Enterprises Inc (ZEI), Legend Mining, OCL Custom Crushing and Quarrying Ltd.'s (OCL).
This position is subject to ZCLP's personnel and administrative policies, relevant client policies and procedures and relevant Laws and regulations.
*Main Duties and Responsibilities *
* Primary point of contact for customers/walk ins to the Kelly Lake Road office
* Handle all routine correspondence, including incoming/outgoing mail
* Prepare and maintain various communications and documentation; organize and maintain files
* Manage client requests and private aggregate load sales
* Complete daily data inputting and submission of reports in a timely, accurate manner
* Utilize appropriate systems to produce accurate reports and required information to Operations
* Coordinating maintenance of the printers and/or other office equipment/technology
* Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, including taking minutes
* Collection and input of weekly timesheets.
* Document control, as required
* Provide administrative support to office staff
* Arranging catering when required
* Other duties as required
*Qualifications*
* Previous administrative or receptionist experience, preferably within a construction, aggregate, mining or Industrial setting.
* Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft applications
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Must have strong attention to detail and great time management skills
* Valid "G" class drivers license
