Gamma Powersports is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate experience with powersports parts & accessories and sales experience is preferred either at a parts counter or sales and accessories in a dealership. *Seeking a candidate with the following qualities/skills:* · Sales experience required · Experience in the Powersports industry or mechanical knowledge of powersport equipment · Attention to detail · Willingness to learn new skills (including company software) to meet job expectations and requirements · Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English -Speak, Read, Write) · Bilingual in French is an asset · Advanced Computer skills (excel with the ability to learn computer programs efficiently) · Time management skills and the ability to multitask *Core responsibilities:* * Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers and Outside Sales Reps * Responsible for both outgoing and incoming sales calls * Order entry and return approvals * Working closely with an Outside Sales Representative * Maintain and record call details in CRM * Manage dealer backorders *Company Incentives:* · Group benefit coverage (Life, Dental, Health, Vision) · Bonuses · Employee discount on product · Company social events *Work week: *Monday-Friday Gamma Powersports welcomes all applicants for this position.
