*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting patients with their eyewear needs. This position requires a strong understanding of optical products and services, as well as the ability to manage retail operations effectively. *Duties* * Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses that best suit their needs and preferences. * Maintain an organized display of optical products, ensuring all merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing. * Process orders for eyewear, including verifying prescriptions and managing inventory levels. * Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage, as well as the importance of regular eye exams. * Utilize medical terminology effectively when discussing prescriptions and eye health with patients. * Handle sales transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges. * Assist administrative staff with scheduling, pre test and answering phones. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail management or optical sales is preferred. * Familiarity with laboratory processes related to eyewear production is a plus. * Knowledge of medical terminology related to eye ca?
