*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various construction projects, including building, restoring, and installing structures. This role requires a willingness to learn and develop skills in carpentry while contributing to the successful completion of projects. *Duties* * Assist in building and restoring structures according to specifications. * Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. * Support the installation of siding, electrical components, and other fixtures as needed. * Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. * Help assemble materials and components for construction projects. * Participate in masonry work as required by specific projects. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. *Requirements* * Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools is preferred. * Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential. * Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. * Experience with siding installation, electrical work, or masonry is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials. * Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced carpenters. * A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
