*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this position you will be driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation within Canada and the USA, experience with LTL & truck load services. *Duties* * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and client meetings. * Utilize data supplied for managing customer relationships * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. *Skills* * Proven track record in business development and outside sales in the transportation industry. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals confidently.
