*Job Description:*
We are a well-established HVAC company in the Lower Mainland, BC, seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our team! As an essential part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and suppliers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
* Dispatch technicians to job sites based on service requirements and technician availability
* Communicate with part manufacturers and place orders for necessary parts and equipment
* Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians and job sites
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for work orders, parts orders, and customer interactions
* Liaise with technicians to ensure job requirements are clear and all necessary resources are available
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and providing updates on service status
* Receive basic training on HVAC equipment to support communication with technicians and customers
*Key Requirements:*
* Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland geography, or ability to use a map to navigate areas efficiently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
* Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative roles is an asset
*Bonus Qualifications:*
* Fluency in Mandarin is a big plus! We serve a large Chinese-speaking customer base, and this skill would greatly enhance your ability to communicate with our clients.
