*The Role:*
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for each customer by accurately booking service calls and providing timely communication. You?ll be helping our technicians succeed by understanding and relaying key information that ensures customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities:*
* Listen actively to customers, booking calls with accuracy to ensure both technician success and customer satisfaction.
* Prioritize urgent calls and relay the information promptly to the dispatcher.
* Ensure the integrity of customer databases, maintaining accuracy in all records.
* Process payments and handle various administrative duties.
* Maintain professionalism in all interactions, keeping a positive attitude even under pressure.
* Show up on time and consistently fulfill your responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
*Your Background:*
* A minimum of Grade 12 education.
* Previous experience in customer service with a focus on empathy and trust-building.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Comfortable with decision-making and problem-solving.
* You have excellent time management skills, are adaptive, and are always reliable in fulfilling your role.
* You understand the importance of being dependable, and you take pride in showing up on time, every time.
