<p><span><b>Sales Representative</b></span><br /><br /><span>Do you like B2B business development and providing price quotes? Keep reading! My client is a company in Cleaning/sanitation of ventilation for commercial and government buildings for almost 30 years in Montreal and other regions. They are looking for a B2B Representative to identify potential business customers, visit sites, conduct assessments and provide accurate quotes for our services.</span><br /><br /><span><b>Duties:</b></span><br /><span>-Identify businesses and conduct prospecting calls, emails and other sales methods.</span><br /><span>-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, with a focus on business development.</span><br /><span>-Expand existing accounts</span><br /><span>-Visit business locations to assess needs and gather information.</span><br /><span>-Prepare and present quotes to potential customers</span><br /><span>-Stay up to date on industry trends and our services to effectively communicate value to customers.</span><br /><span>-Achieve sales goals by contributing to business growth.</span><br /><br /><span><b>Ideal candidate:</b></span><br /><span>-Min. 2 years of experience in B2B business development.</span><br /><span>-Experience in ventilation cleaning sales, building mechanics, catering or related.</span><br /><span>-Good communicator and who knows how to maintain good business relationships.</span><br /><span>-Autonomous, resourceful, dynamic.</span><br /><span>-Valid driver's license</span><br /><span>-Bilingual more than functional</span><br /><br /><span><b>Conditions:</b></span><br /><span>-Base salary $50K + commissions to obtain a salary up to $80K-100K</span><br /><span>-Group insurance (dental care, vision, drug insurance, etc.)</span><br /><span>-Full-time, permanent position</span><br /><span>-100% telework for Montreal</span><br /><span>-Paid vacations</span><br /><span>-Dynamic and collaborative team.</span><br /><br /><br /><br /><span> </span></p>- LocationMontréal, QC
