<p><span>Do you enjoy producing HVAC plans and systems for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings, as well as managing HVAC projects? If so, keep reading! My client is a multinational engineering company that has been around for over 40 years with offices in Montreal, the North Shore and the South Shore, is looking for a Building Mechanics Project Engineer to join their team. Projects up to $1 billion. Possibility of teleworking or working in the office. Choice of attaché office. Flexibility and respect.</span><br /><br /><span><b>Main functions:</b></span><span></span></p><ul><li><span>Design HVAC systems (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, etc.);</span></li><li><span>Perform design calculations to ensure project compliance;</span></li><li><span>Manage project deadlines and budgets while coordinating subcontractors.</span></li><li><span>Approve and sign plans;</span></li><li><span>Supervise surveys, estimates and preparation of plans and specifications;</span></li><li><span>Determine the equipment required to carry out the projects presented with technicians</span></li><li><span>Participate in the preparation of bids for service.</span></li></ul><p><span><b>Ideal candidate</b></span><span></span></p><ul><li><span>BAC in mechanical engineering</span></li><li><span>Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)</span></li><li><span>Have the General Health and Safety on Construction Sites (ASP) course</span></li><li><span>10 years or more of experience in building mechanics</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Revit software and the Office suite</span></li><li><span>Be able to approve plans</span></li><li><span>Be able to collaborate in a team</span></li><li><span>Have an excellent team spirit analysis</span></li></ul><p><span><b>Conditions</b></span><span></span></p><ul><li><span>Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week)</span></li><li><span>Flexible schedule</span></li><li><span>Competitive salary 95K-125K$+ depending on years of experience and projects you have done</span></li><li><span>Group insurance</span></li><li><span>RRSP</span></li><li><span>Company shares</span></li><li><span>Continuing training</span></li><li><span>Reimbursement of membership fees to a professional association</span></li><li><span>Possibility of teleworking and choice of office either the South Shore, Laval or Montreal.</span></li></ul>- LocationBrossard, QC
