*Job Description:* Dankos Media Group is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team on a project-based basis. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, at least 2 years of professional design experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality designs with quick turnaround times while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and creativity. *Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects across various mediums, including digital ads, media kits, social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and production materials. * Deliver high-quality designs on time, adhering to brand guidelines and client specifications. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. * Ensure all designs are visually appealing, aligned with the client?s vision, and optimized for the intended platform or medium. * Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining efficiency and quality. * Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects, experience with production design would be an asset * Exceptional time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and provide creative input. * Familiarity with design for digital and print mediums is essential. *Ideally able to work the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon-Fri.
