Join a team where your skills and dedication make a meaningful impact every day! *Position Summary:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to adapt to feedback and priorities. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Drop-Offs and Pick-Ups:* * Responsible for completing drop-offs and pick-ups within city limits as needed. * *Shipping:* * Package and label finished products for shipment, ensuring secure and accurate packaging. * Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. * Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. * *Receiving:* * Inspect and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality. * Record and organize inventory to ensure proper stock management. * Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies or issues. * *Warehouse Operations:* * Organize and maintain warehouse space for efficient operations. * Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. * Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. *Qualifications:* * *Extreme Attention to Detail:* A keen eye for accuracy to ensure all shipments and deliveries are flawless. * *Excellent Communication Skills:* Ability to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and carriers. * *Feedback-Driven:* Open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback to enhance performance. * *Ability to Multitask:* Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. * *Problem-Solving Skills:* Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. * Physical ability to lift packages up to 50lbs. * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Supportive and inclusive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
