Cannon Hydrovac is a growing company looking to hire a full time Office Administrator Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
*Your Duties will include but are not limited to:*
Payroll
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Preparing HST and year end for the accountant
Monthly Remittances
Bank Reconciliations
Calculating and remitting union dues
Maintain and File records
*Requirements:*
High School Diploma
Recommended 2 years or more of administrative experience
Reliable Transportation
Time Management and Organization Skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Working Experience in Sage and Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Tilbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* Office Administration: 2 years (preferred)
