*Behaviour Innovations *is a leading agency in the provision of applied behaviour analytic services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
We are currently hiring an *Administrative Coordinator* for our *Hamilton location* and are looking for a highly motivated, professional and compassionate individual to join our team for *25-30 hours per week*
*Responsibilities include:*
*Office Coordination:*
· Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
· Oversee general reception duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
*Document Management*:
· Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
· Assist in the creation and editing of various documents and spreadsheets.
*Communication and Coordination:*
· Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings and events as required.
*Data Entry and Record Keeping:*
· Maintain accurate records and databases.
· Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
*Accounts Receivable:*
· Bi-weekly processing of accounts
*Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks:*
· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
· Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
*Qualifications:*
· Ability to multi-task and handle pressure situations with ease.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, One-drive, Teams)
· Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound decision-making skills based upon company policies and philosophy.
· Prior experience of at least 2 years in an administrative role
