The Warehouse Manager will report to the Deployment Manager and will be responsible for the receipt, recording, storing, issuance and tracking of materials and equipment at the warehouse.
*What You'll Do Here:*
* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
* Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, for reporting and communication with team members and management.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.
* Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication.
* Train new staff on warehouse operations and safety protocols.
* Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the warehouse.
* Responsible for the receipt, storage location maintenance, issuance, and tracking of materials and equipment.
* Coordinate, support, prepare, and review delivery documents.
* Coordinate with buyers and/or expeditors regarding shipment issues.
* Follow the project-specific material control plan, project quality assurance, and receiving inspection.
* Ensure that all tools are correctly identified, safely stored, and preserved in accordance with the manufacturer?s requirements.
* Follow the project health, safety, and environmental requirements.
*What You Bring to the Team:*
* 5 years + experience in materials management and logistics.
* Technical education or equivalent experience
