Our focus is on providing patients with personalized care for common lifestyle concerns such as hair loss, sexual health, and weight loss. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help improve the lives of our patients. *Position Overview:* As a Nurse Practitioner with our telehealth company, you will be responsible for providing asynchronous care to patients in a remote setting. You will assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients based on their submitted information, ensuring that all interactions are documented and followed up in accordance with company guidelines. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide asynchronous patient consultations via our telehealth platform, reviewing medical histories, symptoms, and other relevant information. * Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications when appropriate. * Review and analyze patient records to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care. * Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Respond to patient inquiries and provide education about health and wellness. *Requirements:* * Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the province of Quebec. * New Graduates welcome to apply * Experience in telemedicine or a similar asynchronous care model is preferred. * Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Excellent written communication skills for documenting patient interactions and providing clear, compassionate care. * Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess and make decisions without direct patient contact. * Comfort with technology and online healthcare platforms.
