The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:Acting decision maker for Pod supporting Innovative AutomationResponsible for project deliverable priorities and progress reportingBusiness requirement signoffResponsible for day-to-day capacity management across Product Team membersCoordination of business readiness/change activitiesLeads product and business deployment tasksParticipates in project intake discussionsLeads input for governance artifacts (CRA, BARA, PIA, DIA etc)Manage delivery initiatives and oversee development team (pod) backlogsCreate a value-focused product backlog and continuously iterate, ensuring there are user stories scoped and prioritized Work with business partners to provide input on possible work processes and system changes required to support their businessResponsible for providing informed direction and input related to product vision/roadmapResponsible for managing assignment of capacity across product team resources to ensure sufficient delivery coverageIn alignment with the product vision, create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will provide the most customer or end user valueProactively engage established business process partners to ensure customers or end users are prepared for application changes and establish Day 2 processesContinuously align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, defined Minimum Marketable Features or Minimum Viable Products and release cadence Provide user story design, development and completion oversight; accepting / rejecting user stories based on the agreed upon Definition of Done and Acceptance CriteriaActively communicate to business, technology and senior management regarding product changes and backlog priorities Single point of escalation for development team, providing guidance and decisioning as neededResponsible for Business SME ownership/input as required into project artifacts (ideation, business case, BRD, DIA, SRS, etc)Oversee or lead the facilitation and/or implementation of action / remediation plans to address performance / risk / governance issues Acts as key point of escalation for stakeholder/user issuesAccountable for Sprint planning and execution activitiesEXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATIONUndergraduate degree and / or product certificate7+ years relevant experience3+ years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experienceCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an assetScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset#LI-TechWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
