Your leadership will help foster a collaborative team atmosphere while providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. * Develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. * Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of food quality and service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food handling safety regulations. * Collaborate with team members to manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste. * Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. * Assist in creating a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen equipment. * Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. * Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for culinary arts with an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
