As a member of the administration team at the Northgate facility you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the site. The goal of this position is to ensure efficient operation of the office while providing exceptional customer service. You will work to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customersWelcome visitors and follow sign in processAnswer, screen, and forward telephone callsProcess daily paperworkComplete month end reporting and invoicing Perform administrative duties such as sorting mail, filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanningMonitor supply levels and order new stock when neededPrepare and monitor invoicesMaintain records and databasesGenerate reportsCreate and submit bank depositsData entry Perform other duties as assigned and/or required. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Proficient in MS OfficeStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAbility to work occasional overtimeMust demonstrate honesty and integrity in all business interactions and strives to meet customer needs in a creative and safe mannerAbility to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to effectively self-manage, plan, organize and problem solve.Valid drivers license. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 3 years administrative experience
