McAdam's Funeral Home is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our growing team. Our funeral home offers a fast paced and dynamic work environment in the heart of downtown Fredericton.The successful candidate will receive on the job training and clothing allowance.ResponsibilitiesAssisting on FuneralsSet up of flowers and equipment for visitations, gatherings, and receptions at the funeral home and offsiteSet up and assistance at graveside servicesBuilding and vehicle maintenence (vacuuming, washing and fueling cars, general funeral home cleanliness and other related tasks)Transportation of deceased clients from hospitals, nursing homes and other locationsCrematorium workQualificationsSkills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with grieving families in a compassionate mannerExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneouslyAttention to detailAbility to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismRequirements:Valid drivers licenceCriminal record checkMust be able to commuteFrench not requiredPlease note that this position will require heavy lifting at times.Work With UsJob Type: Part-timeSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleOn-site parking- LocationFredericton, NB
