*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances. This role requires a strong understanding of gas safety regulations and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Gas Technician will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient gas services to our customers. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair gas lines, appliances, and related equipment. * Conduct thorough inspections of gas systems to identify potential issues or hazards. * Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations. * Respond promptly to service calls for repairs or emergencies. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their gas systems. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and safety practices. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of gas systems, appliances, and safety protocols. * Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. * Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to gas installations. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. * Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. * Relevant certifications or licenses in gas technology or related fields are preferred but not required. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with installations and repairs.
