*Overview* We are a leading powder coating company specializing in providing high-quality, durable, and custom finishing solutions to industries including automotive, architecture, manufacturing, and more. Our services are designed to enhance the aesthetics and longevity of products with environmentally friendly coatings. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Sales Representative* to join our team and help grow our client base. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals. * Identify and target potential clients through outside sales efforts. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating value to clients. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales, particularly in the powder coating industry. * We are looking for someone ideally who already has knowledge about the powder coating industry * Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. * A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. * Previous experience in outside sales is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Experience: * sales: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milton, ON Expected start date: 2024-12-12- LocationMilton, ON
