*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that every dish meets our restaurant's standards of excellence. *Duties* * Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. * Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. * Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. * Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety standards is essential. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to grow within the food industry.
