*Description* Small firm seeking an Architectural Technologist with experience in preparing Construction Drawings / Documentation and on-site inspection within the Maritimes to undertake small - large projects throughout New Brunswick. *Responsibilities* * Prepare Construction Drawings / Documentation * Construction Admininstration (Change Orders, Shop Drawings, Etc..) * On-site Construction Supervision * Prepare Architectural Proposals * Prepare Architectural Cost Estimates * Email Corresspondance * Attend client meetings * Comfortable performing flat roof inspections *Qualifications* * Architectural Technology Diploma from accredited college * Eligible for accreditation through NBSCETT * Minimum 3-5 Years at previous Architectural Firm * Valid NB Driver's License and reliable vehicle * Strong proficiency in Autocad * Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel * Experience with 3D Rendering software an assett (Sketchup, Twinmotion) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Automobile allowance * Casual dress * On-site parking * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-01-06- LocationMoncton, NB
