We're seeking a methodical and detail-oriented individual to join our development team in our downtown Kitchener, ON office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical project management within a software development company and a strong desire to be a part of our growing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge company goals with consumer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
* Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, including milestones and deliverables
* Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
* Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
* Perform project documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
* *Software development experience required*
* Extensive leadership experience and strong team-building abilities
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Experience working with agile project management methodologies
* Strong experience in documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
