*Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of *3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience*, preferably in an inside sales capacity. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for PHL, you will be an essential link between our company and our valued customers, helping them discover the benefits of our diverse range of products and nurturing strong relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Product Knowledge:* Develop an in-depth understanding of our line of products, including ingredients, benefits, and differentiators, to effectively communicate its value to healthcare professionals.
* *Sales Strategy:* Execute strategic sales plans to identify and target healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, and drive sales growth.
* *Relationship Building:* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication virtually and in-person visits.
* *Customer Education:* Educate healthcare professionals about the science behind our products and how they can address various skincare needs for their patients.
* *Sales Metrics:* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress using CRM tools and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
* *Market Insights:* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities, clinical data, and educational materials.
* *Compliance:* Adhere to industry regulations and ethical guidelines in all interactions with healthcare professionals and customers.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically in an inside sales role.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with healthcare professionals and convey product information.
* Proven ability to drive results, exceed sales targets, and contribute to team success.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
* Adaptive mindset to navigate changing market dynamics and embrace ongoing learning about new skincare advancements.
