We?re a trusted leader in the automotive repair industry, offering opportunities for professional growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive team culture. *What You'll Do:* * Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. * Utilize industry-leading tools, equipment, and techniques to complete structural and non-structural repairs. * Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely completion of repairs. * Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. * Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Carstar?s quality standards. *What We're Looking For:* * *Experience:* 2-5 years of auto body collision repair experience required, Registered 2nd or 3rd year apprentice * *Certification:* Journeyperson certification in Auto Body Repair (preferred but not required). * *Skills:* Proficiency in using hand and power tools, knowledge of repair techniques, and attention to detail. * *Attitude:* A strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. * Valid driver's license *What We Offer:* * Competitive wages based on experience and qualifications. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental. * Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
