The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for our clients. *Duties* * Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients according to their preferences and current trends. * Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience. * Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained. *Skills* * Proficient in hair styling techniques with a keen eye for detail. * Strong upselling abilities to promote additional services and retail items. * Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure the health and safety of clients. * Experience in retail sales, enhancing client interactions through product recommendations. * Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients. * Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients. * Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while multitasking.
