We provide superior bakery distribution services that help your business to grow and excellent quality ingredients that we source from all over the world._ We are currently looking for an Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team. We are looking for someone who can: * Establish and maintain a working knowledge of our product line * Manage customers inquiries via phone calls and emails * Understand seasonality, end user product and time sensitivity requirements * Work with warehouse teams to ensure top notch customer service * Complete daily inventory reports * Have past experience with the Microsoft Suite of Products (Outlook, Excel) * Previous SAGE, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, (ERP) experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate * Maintain a respectful and helpful relationship with all our customers * Maintaining a large customer database * Work independently and as part of a larger team * Maintain professionalism with customers and colleges * Other CRS related duties and or projects as assigned * Order entry and customer service experience a must Job Type: Full-time Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * Day shift Application question(s): * How many years of order entry experience do you have?
