*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. *Duties* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions. * Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times. * Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. * Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. * Proficiency in data entry. * Candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. * Preferably Africa or Nigeria Origin Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.20-$16.20 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Company events * Store discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Call center: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationHalifax, NS
