As an Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) with an industry leader, you are responsible for driving Business-To-Business sales growth with your assigned Accounts. You will meet regular sales goals, drive sales programs and promotions, and have fun!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities</li><li>Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team</li><li>Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement</li><li>Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting</li><li>Report on team and individual performance</li><li>Develop and execute innovative sales strategies</li><li>Build and form new partnerships with potential clients</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Business-to-Business Inside Sales with outbound telephone prospecting.</li><li>Grow our business by presenting new and existing products to our current customers.</li><li>Determine customer needs by analyzing market demographics, past history, and customer goals.</li><li>Build relationships with customers and provide world class service.</li><li>Develop strategies and ideas to exceed your sales goals. </li></ul><p><strong>Experience, Competencies, and Education:</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS preferred, with a minimum of two (2) years of successful Inside Sales Business-To-Business experience.</li><li>Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work independently and think strategically.</li><li>Experience in working with state of the art technology and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.</li><li>Customer focus and dedication to a mutually successful relationship.</li><li>Must be comfortable and confident in a professional, dynamic, innovative setting.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
