Position Description: As a member of an energetic Day Camp team, you will manage a group of campers in one of Norfolk County's Outdoor Adventure Camps with responsibilities including program planning, program delivery and administration; supervises a group of 1 to 10 campers (children or youth), providing lifeguarding duties during swim times. Through effective leadership and programming, enables children and youth to develop skills, make friends, socialize and build self-esteem. Accountable for the wellbeing of a group of campers under the guidance of the Day Camp Coordinator, ensuring camp activities are safe, inclusive and high quality following the High Five model. To safeguard life and prevent accidents at the County summer program sites, specifically Backus Heritage Conservation- LocationSimcoe, ON
