*Position:* Technical Sales Representative & Branch Supervisor

Job Overview: The Technical Sales Representative & Branch Supervisor is a dual role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch while driving sales efforts and offering technical expertise to our poultry industry customers. This position combines leadership, and technical sales, with a focus on customer relationship management, technical troubleshooting, and promoting our portfolio of products and services.
*Key Responsibilities: *
_Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities:_
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and product recommendations related to our Poultry Equipment offerings.
* Promote and sell poultry-related products to new and existing clients.
* Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, providing tailored solutions and expert advice.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and technical advancements in the Poultry Industry.
_Branch Supervisor Responsibilities:_
* Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient supervision of staff and resources.
* Oversee inventory control, supply chain operations, and product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and align with business objectives.
* Lead and guide branch staff, promoting a culture of excellence and high performance.
* Communicate branch performance data, budget status, and operational concerns to senior leadership.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in technical sales, ideally in the poultry or agricultural industry.
* Strong leadership skills with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role an asset.
* Knowledge of poultry farming and equipment an asset.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
