Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the agricultural sector. *Position Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the hydraulic or agricultural industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the agricultural sector. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored hydraulic solutions. * Promote and sell our range of hydraulic components, including motors, valves, pumps, and hoses. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives. * Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding hydraulic system design. * Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hydraulic or related industry. * Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area.
