*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management are executed smoothly. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. *Duties* * Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments accurately. * Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders. * Utilize heavy equipment such as FORKLIFT trucks for loading and unloading materials. * Conduct order picking and packing efficiently to meet customer demands. * Maintain organization within the warehouse distribution area, ensuring products are stored correctly. * Assist with heavy lifting of products as needed, adhering to safety guidelines. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of warehouse operations. * Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues promptly. *Experience* * Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. * Experience in shipping and receiving processes is beneficial. * Knowledge of operating heavy equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, or cranes is advantageous. * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
