*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and restaurant management, with excellent leadership skills to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily café operations, including staff management and customer service. * Customer come first attitude ? delivering legendary customer service. Liaison between store staff and corporate. Responsibilities * Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality. * Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. * Train, mentor, and support staff in their roles, fostering a positive work environment. * Delivering daily feedback on store performance and operations. * Communicates clearly to the store team the direction of the company * Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. * Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting purposes. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café environment. * Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and promotions. * Ensuring sales goals are meeting expectations Leadership ? delegating, motivating and leading the team to accomplish store goals and company objectives. *Requirements* * Proven experience in Cafe management or a similar role within the food industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. * Experience with POS systems is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Previous experience in bartending or supervising is a plus but not required. * A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
