*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with fresh ideas and a flare for design to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to help customers to select tile and related products to achieve their dream space! through effective communication and product knowledge. It begins with customer greetings, helping in their product selection, signing out of possible samples and finally placing their orders. Must be able to carry 20-30 lbs at a time when needed. Customer service is important to us on every level! *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting atmosphere. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. *Experience* * Previous experience in interior design a must! * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system confidently. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
