Company Description Reporting to the HRBP, the HR Manager is responsible for providing human resources (HR) support to a major business unit or functional area. This position is a local subject matter expert with respect to employment legislation and provides support and guidance on addressing HR related queries including but not limited to, any issues relating to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, employee lifecyle changes and HR operations. Additionally, the HR Manager supports and manages HR related projects and programs (i.e. Talent & Development, Process Improvements etc.). Job Description Act as key support to the site/plant manager as it relates to employees. Assists Management of the talent attraction lifecycle processes Management of HR key- LocationKirkland, QC
