Steele Auto Group is leading the way with innovative technology, changing the face of our Service departments and client experience with our Service Video Advisors.Steele Chevrolet is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team!As a Service Video Advisor with Steele Chevrolet, your primary responsibilities will include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. You will effectively communicate repair recommendations and build trust with clients. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, this role provides an opportunity to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.Hourly Wage Range: $17.05 - $19.25 Plus Performance BonusResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Record and document video updates of clients' vehicle repair status, including explanations of completed and necessary repairs.Assist clients in decision-making by clearly explaining the benefits of required repairs or maintenance.Provide a clear video explanation of the technician's vehicle prognosisPromptly upload videos to clients and ensure consistent follow-up regarding their needs and preferences.Stay updated on vehicle parts, repairs, and maintenance; plan, film, and edit videos effectively.Support the service department with additional duties and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only).Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated.Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
