<p>Person who does design, guidance, counselling, implementation, analysis and assessment work in one or more social programs.</p><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in social work;</li><li>Must be a member of the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux du Québec.</li></ul><p>Experience: * Two (2) years of pertinent experience.</p><p>Knowledge and Abilities:</p><ul><li>Good understanding of adult and elderly psychosocial issues;</li><li>Understanding of First Nations culture and issues that affect individuals, families and communities is an asset;</li><li>Ability to apply Eeyou/Eenou culture, values, traditions and teachings into programs and services where possible;</li><li>Ability in the identification and analysis of the clientele needs;</li><li>Ability to communicate theoretical and practical knowledge, as applied to coaching and training;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; </li><li>Autonomous, discrete and empathetic;</li><li>Team work capabilities.</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>Fluent in English;</li><li>Fluency in Cree or French is an asset.</li></ul><p>Other:</p><ul><li>This position includes psychosocial on-call periods.</li></ul>- LocationQuébec, QC
